Navigated placement of two dental implants

Reconstruction of lost teeth no. 14 and no. 15 with porcelain crowns and dental implants using digital planning with CT scan and digital impression. The position of dental crowns (biting portion of teeth) was designed first. Next the position of dental implants was designed into the bone under the crowns. Then the surgical guide was printed on 3D printer. This guide allows to place dental implants precisely to desired site with minimal intervention to surrounding tissues. After period of soft tissue healing and the implants integration into bone the impression was taken and porcelain crowns fabricated. The crowns are attached to dental implants using fixation screws and the holes in porcelain crowns are filled with composite restorative material.
